Domestic Cleaning Services

CIS Cleaning Services providing regular cleaning for private residences. In order to get a realistic quotation for your job, we really need to visit your site and establish exactly what work you require, any areas of special attention or concerns you may have.  We prefer not to quote a fee until we have visited and assessed your cleaning requirements.

The fee is based on the number of rooms to be cleaned, how often we clean and the number of pets and people living in your premises.  The size and condition of your premises determines how long it will take to clean.  Some premises required only maintenance cleaning.  Others need more and take longer.

You can select as few or as many hours as you need, the minimum is 3 hours.  You are responsible for providing all cleaning materials and equipments needed for the cleaning. If preferable we can provide the cleaning materials with small charge.

We will leave you with a checklist showing the services provided and you will also receive a customer satisfaction form to fill out, so that we can be sure our quality of service are provided.
