Before we allow any operative on any site we carry out security and background checks. We operate in-house training to identify what tasks need to be done and how to organise their time and work pattern so that they can work efficiently. We also carry Insurance coverage for Employers’ Liability up to £10,000,000 should the operative be injured during the course of their duties. We also carry Public Liability up to £2,000,000 for loss or damage done by our operative. There is an excess of £500 each and every claim which the client must bear for their part.

Once we start working with you we, will customise our service to your requirement.  We guarantee to provide extremely competitive prices for all our services.  You will always be able to recognise our operatives because they are proud to wear our uniform and identity badge. Our uniform program helps put your employees and customers at ease knowing that our operatives come from a name they have come to know and trust.

Communication

Frequent communication is also a key element of our customer care. We make it easy to communicate with us by using customer care books, email and a freephone telephone number provided by us. Our Operations Manager is always immediately available to handle your service requests.

Another effective way for our clients to have a voice is through our Client feedback survey, which we use to measure your quality perceptions of our service. By tracking service issues, we can implement preventive and corrective measures as soon as possible.

Our lines are open Monday to Friday 9.00am till 5.00pm. After office hours, weekends and Bank holidays you may record your messages on our answering service. All messages are responded to immediately our offices re-open on the next working day.

Our services are carefully supervised by our Managers. We perform monthly inspections to ensure you receive the custom cleaning service that you expect. Our services are completely guaranteed. If you're unhappy with any of our services, we'll work diligently to correct the problem immediately and to prevent it from happening again.
